Am I allowed to use any equipment for events?

You will not be allowed to use anything to aid in any of the events.  This includes no belts, wrist/knee wraps, powerlifting gear.  You will be allowed to use chalk if you would like, but please do not make a mess.

What happens if I fail to complete my event in the allotted 5 minutes?

You will receive zero points for events not finished within the time period given.  Any breaks must be within the time

What will my schedule look like approximately?

Here is what an example athlete schedule looks like:
